Composition means ‘putting together’, and we make democratic compositions by putting together people, knowledge, ideas, words, actions, and practices, ultimately in order to compose a new democracy that is global in scale and opensource in nature.

Some compositions are made from the point of view of a clearing, a place where truth is unveiled, others from that of a citadel, where power is gathered, and yet further from that of an agora, the ground of our common life.

Depending on the concrete, practical requirements, we may make engagements, organize assemblies, submit papers, and also publish the Oxford Journal on Good Governance, the past issues of which have featured contributions by global leaders like Javier Solana, Chris Patten, Michel Barnier, and Elmar Brok.
