Oxford Think Tank Highlights Risks of Wolfowitz Bank

(Oxford, 24 March 2005) Recognizing the vital role of multilateral institutions in driving forward the global development agenda with a firm focus on poverty-reduction, EU leaders have a duty to ensure that the World Bank is headed by a highly competent and widely trusted President and should therefore oppose the US nomination of Paul Wolfowitz, says a think tank based at the University of Oxford.
