Oxford Think Tank Proposes 'EU Special Forces'

(Oxford, 18 March 2005) Recognizing that Europe needs sophisticated military forces to play a global security role, the EU should move swiftly to recruit ‘a force of Europe’s finest’ as part of a broader effort to develop a European strategic culture, says a think tank based at the University of Oxford.
